Placing an order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Depending on what stage your order is at, we may be able to change or cancel it, email us at info@taiea.co.nz with your order number to see what’s possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible with your change and if your order has been confirmed, we will do our best to update depending on what stage it is. However, if your order has already been shipped, you may be able to redirect via your tracking number. 

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order.

If you don’t see one, check your junk/spam folder to see if we have ended up there. If not, contact us so we can look into your order. It may be a typo in your email address which we can easily fix.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from New Zealand.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge an $8 courier fee within New Zealand, and costs vary, depending where you are based in Australia.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We don’t use any after pay options. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched from our TAIEA workshop. Estimated time of arrival is 2-3 working days with NZ Post once dispatched.

Sizing

What if you’ve sold out my size on your website?

Unfortunately, once our stock is sold out, it’s no longer unavailable. We make limited runs of no more than 50, to make TAIEA extra special for it’s wearer. But we’ll be adding new ranges and styles to the TAIEA wardrobe regularly, so make sure you connect with us on social and sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.
