Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to request a return, store credit or exchange for your order, submit via the link below within 2-weeks of your order dispatch date. Once we receive your return request, we will email you back instructions on how to return your order.

The process of returns.
  1. Request a return, store credit, or exchange via our return link. We will email you further instructions on how to return your order.
  2. Securely package your return item, print and attach the return label emailed to you to the package and return to us. 
  3. We will process your return within 5-7 working days of receiving it. There may be some delays during the holidays processing returns.
Make sure your return item meets our online return conditions
  • Your return must be submitted via our return link within 2-weeeks of your order dispatch date.
  • All items must be returned clean, unworn and unwashed with their tags still attached. 
  • A return shipping label will be provided and $14 will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the label/shipping cost. 
The process of exchanges

Exchanges are for sizing only and are subject to availability as due to our limited range numbers, we may not be able to exchange to the size you want.  All exchanges quality for free shipping. 

  • Your exchange must be submitted via our return link within 2-weeeks of your order dispatch date.
  • Once your exchange order is created, you will receive an order confirmation with a new number and a free shipping label to return your incorrect sized item.  
  • All items must be returned clean, unworn and unwashed with their tags still attached.
Refunds

We will process your refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card). It may take 3-10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. 

The total amount will be minus any original shipping costs as these are non-refundable.

An extra $14 will also be deducted to cover the costs of the return shipping.

Store Credit

You will be issued store credit via a gift card that’s valid for 12 months. The total amount of the credit will be minus any original shipping costs as these are non-refundable plus an extra deduction of $14 will also be included to cover the costs of the return shipping.

Incorrect or faulty items

Our dedicated team carefully assess every order before dispatch, to ensure your TAIEA clothing arrives in pristine condition and as ordered. In the very rare instance, you receive the incorrect size, or you believe the item to be faulty, please contact us within five days of receiving your order so we can assess. 

If you have carefully followed our washing instructions and believe a fault has occurred within six months of purchase due to no cause of your own, please email us with photos and a brief explanation for us to assess. Any damage caused by normal wear and tear, or accident through misuse will not be considered faulty. All faulty items must be returned clean to us.
